SABC Termination Letter
News 24 reported that the The Helen Suzman Foundation (HSF) and the SABC today, “reached a settlement after the SABC conceded to most of the points in the HSF’s application for the urgent interdict, except one point in the notice of motion.”
“The interdict was Part A of the application, pending the Constitutional Court’s hearing the matter on the lawfulness of the SABC’s decision.” said News 24.
Hlaudi had previously reiterated that the SABC believes it is operating within the bounds of the broadcasting act and broadcasting regulations and that the SABC stands by their editorial decisions, he added that the SABC will challenge ICASA’s ruling taking the matter to the Constitutional Court if necessary.
Power tends to intoxicate and stolen power even more. Don't make decisions based on being drunk with power as abused power dissipates fast

I think it's legitimate to now start asking advertisers to do their bit to ensure Hlaudi's reign of terror ends #SABC8
