DA’s motion of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma debate to go ahead on Thursday

The Democratic Alliance (DA) has confirmed that their motion of no confidence debate will go ahead on Thursday 10 November 2016. Members of Parliament will decide weather to withdraw the President’s mandate to govern. The DA will need at least 201 votes in support of the motion of which at least 50 must come from the ANC MPs.

The DA has initiated a petition, with close to 73k signatures, on its website for the community to show it’s support for the motion.
